Pythagoras' Theorem
The Pythagorean theorem states that in any right triangle, the square of the hypotenuse (the side opposite the right angle) is equal to the sum of the squares of the other two sides. It is written: a2 + b2 = c2.

Proof of the Law of Sines
The Law of Sines states that for any triangle ABC, with sides a,b,c (see below)
Proof of the Law of Cosines
The Law of Cosines states that for any triangle ABC, with sides a,b,c
c² = a² + b² - 2ab cos C
Proof of the area of a triangle with trigonometry
If ∆ be the area of a triangle ABC, Proved that, ∆ = ½ bc sin A = ½ ca sin B = ½ ab sin C
That is,
(i) ∆ = ½ bc sin A
(ii) ∆ = ½ ca sin B
(iii) ∆ = ½ ab sin C
